Recipe for the Raffaello dessert - Slovene flag
250 g coconut flower
100 g castor sugar
100 g powdered milk
8 tbs of hot milk
100 g castor sugar
100 g powdered milk
8 tbs of hot milk
Mix coconut flower, sugar and powdered milk, then add hot milk. Mix well and divide into three equal parts. Mix one part with blue food coloring, (preferably one with no taste), the second one with red food coloring, but leave the third one white.
Set aside some of the cream for stars, to which you add yellow food coloring.
It is important that the cream is still warm when you try to shape it.

The cake was presented in Switzerland, where his creator Viorica Dinu was invited by Ms. Marinela Ciobanu Ambassador, Permanent Representative of Romania to the UN Geneva at the reception organized by the Permanent Mission of Romania to the United Nations Office at Geneva National Day Romania at the Hotel Intercontinental in Geneva. For this special occasion, other ambassadors of Romania, this time ambassadors of Romanian sports, and Ionut Lupescu Florentina family, they initiate a project to promote valorem our country, the project resulted in the creation of a representative Romania cake. Cake enjoyed great success. Ambassadors and officials from various countries attended the event wished many a character dressed in our folk. Obviously not enough for everyone who wanted to have and admire each such character, but enjoyed the exquisite taste of the cake and not incessant congratulations.
We received consent to popularize this cake creator.
